17.6 million people in Germany are affected by social exclusion due to financial poverty. These include the unemployed, people on low incomes, single parents, large families with children and the elderly. Many people in poverty cannot afford public transportation, making it difficult for them to reach a doctor's office or other essential services. We have set ourselves the mission of making it easier for people affected by poverty to participate in cultural and social life.
